best way to destroy this is to send in a large group of falcons or zeppelins, even colossus wont reach and destroy the mortar in time. Mortar's nightmare is air units basicaly :) Wasp are the worst air units to use because they take extremely long to take it out and they die really easy when theres even a sniper tower nearby.
