I'm not sure exactly what you mean by that. Every so often, the official GL team at Ubisoft hit the big red button and post to their Facebook page that Luck has destroyed x number of hackers. At that time, when I was actively managing the GL Wiki Facebook page, I would make a similar post. Back then, I worked closely with the makers of the game (before Ubisoft), and I'd be notified when a wave of hackers was banned, but I've never had the power to unban anyone. There were some special cases in which a user's ticket was never seen by the support team, so I was able to get them to take a look at it; a user can only be unbanned through official means (i.e. a support ticket).
