@Minifede: I can't confirm anything like that, but I can say this: 1. The Barcelona office and all of its trademarks were bought by Ubisoft, and 2. Last I heard, the Helsinki office is down to around 3 employees, all of whom are administrators, not developers. Therefore, I don't see much else for them to do. The San Mateo office is just the HQ and the Bangalore office is just storage space and customer service at this point.

@Lim Gary: Not Digital Chocolate, Ubisoft completely bought it, so it's officially an Ubisoft game now.
